Information We Collect

APS FT LLC, doing business as DreamSim (“DreamSim,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information and other data that we collect from you through your use of the DreamSim website (https://dreamsim.world) and DreamSim mobile games available via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store (collectively, the “Products and Services”) . By using or accessing the Products and Services in any manner (or by otherwise indicating your agreement, such as when installing an app), you acknowledge that you have been notified of this Privacy Policy and agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described herein . If you do not agree with this Policy, you should not use our Products and Services. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as we develop our practices and products. If you continue to use any of our Products and Services after any updates take effect, you agree to the terms of the updated policy .

Personal Information We Collect

We collect personal information for limited purposes, such as to provide and improve the Products and Services, as described below. “Personal information” means information that identifies you or that can be used to identify an individual, either on its own or when combined with other data. We may also collect and use aggregated data or data that has been de-identified, which is not considered personal information as it does not directly identify you.

Categories of Personal Information. The types of personal information we collect, and the purposes for collecting it, include:

  • Identity Information: We may collect basic identifiers to establish your identity, such as your first name, last name, username, or other similar identifiers . If you access our games through a mobile platform account, we may receive your platform-specific identifier (for example, your Apple Game Center ID or Google Play Games ID). We may also utilize third-party authentication services like Firebase Authentication to allow you to create and log into an account. These services operate under the terms of their providers (e.g., Apple or Google) and may enable linking your game progress across devices; however, apart from a unique player ID used for game functionality, we typically do not collect your authentication login credentials .

  • Contact Information: If you choose to provide it or if it’s necessary for certain services, we may collect contact details such as your email address, mailing address, and/or telephone number. For example, we might use your email to communicate about the Products and Services you have signed up for or requested, to send support responses, or to notify you of important updates .

  • Transaction and Payment Information: When you make purchases or financial transactions through our Products and Services, we will process information about the purchase. However, in-app purchases in our mobile games are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store under your account with those platforms. This means we do not receive your sensitive payment details (such as full credit card numbers or banking information) for those in-app purchases . We may receive non-sensitive transaction details from the platform (for instance, confirmation that a purchase was made, the product purchased, and the amount) in order to fulfill your order and maintain your in-game inventory.

  • Game Play and Usage Data: When you use our games, we collect data about your gameplay and interaction with the application. For example, you will be assigned a unique player identifier (as noted above) which we use to enable and save your game progress. We also collect information on in-game events, achievements, session length, gameplay statistics, and other telemetry. This data helps us understand how players engage with our games, fix bugs, balance game mechanics, improve the player experience, and track the effectiveness of our advertising or user acquisition campaigns .

  • Device and Technical Data: When you interact with our website or games, certain technical information about your device and usage may be collected automatically. This can include your device type, operating system version, hardware model, unique device identifiers, browser type, language preferences, and IP address . For website visitors, we may log information like your IP address, browser type and version, time zone, and browsing actions on our site. This device and technical data is collected to ensure the proper functioning of our Products and Services, to optimize compatibility, and to assist with troubleshooting and security.

  • User-Generated Content: We may collect any personal information you choose to submit or post while interacting with our Products and Services. This includes content such as your communications with us (e.g., emails to customer support), posts or chat messages within game forums or chat functions, feedback or survey responses, and any images, video, or other content you submit within the games or on our website . Please note that any content you voluntarily share in public areas of our games or website (for instance, in a public forum or chat) might be visible to other users, so you should only share information you are comfortable being public.

  • Aggregated and Analytical Data: We also generate and use aggregated data derived from your use of our Products and Services. Aggregated data does not identify you personally; it may include statistical or demographic information such as total game sessions, average time spent in a game level, or percentage of users who access a certain feature . We use this aggregated information for understanding usage trends, improving our offerings, and other legitimate business purposes. We may also remove or anonymize certain identifiers from your data so that it no longer can be associated with you, and treat that de-identified data as non-personal information.

Cookies and Analytics Technologies: We use cookies and similar tracking technologies on our website to collect information about your interactions. For example, we use Google Analytics (a web analytics service provided by Google) to understand website traffic and usage patterns . Google Analytics may collect data such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit on our site, and the time spent on those pages. These analytics tools help us understand our user base and improve the website experience. Cookies (small text files stored on your device) may remember your preferences and track your use of our site. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; however, note that disabling cookies might affect some functionality of our website . For our mobile games, we and our partners may use analogous tracking technologies (like mobile advertising IDs and SDKs) to analyze app usage and effectiveness of ads, as described in more detail below.

How Your Information Is Used

We only use your personal information for the purposes described at the time of collection or for additional purposes compatible with those original purposes, unless we have your consent or as otherwise permitted or required by law. The ways in which we use personal information include:

  • To Provide the Service: We use Identity and Contact Information to register you as a new user or player, create your account or game profile, and to communicate with you regarding the Products and Services you are using . For example, this allows us to personalize your experience, send you necessary account or service updates, and respond to your inquiries or support requests.

  • Game Operations and Improvements: We use data such as Identity, Game Play Data, and User-Generated Content to operate the game and enhance your gaming experience . This includes saving your progress, enabling social features (if any), adjusting game difficulty, providing in-game rewards or content, and analyzing gameplay to improve game design and fix technical issues. We also analyze gameplay and interaction data in aggregate to understand what features are popular or where players encounter difficulties, which helps us improve our Products and Services over time.

  • Customer Support and Communication: We may use Identity, Contact Information, and User-Generated Content (like support tickets or feedback you provide) to provide you with support and to handle any inquiries or requests . This includes using your information to investigate and address issues you report, to send you confirmations or important announcements about the Products and Services (such as updates to this Privacy Policy), and to process any refunds or fulfill other requests you may make.

  • Website Functionality and Performance: We use Device Data and Identity (as applicable) to operate, maintain, and secure our website and online services . This data helps us ensure the site and games function properly on different devices and browsers, personalize content for you (for instance, remembering language or region preferences), and monitor usage as well as troubleshoot technical issues. We also may use this information to audit interactions and transactions on our services and to ensure compliance with our terms and policies.

  • Security and Fraud Prevention: We may use Identity, Contact Information, and Device/Technical Data to keep our Products and Services (and their users) secure . This includes detecting and preventing malicious, fraudulent, or illegal activity. For example, we might use certain data to verify user accounts, monitor for suspicious behavior, debug to identify errors, and protect against cheating or unauthorized access. If necessary, we will use information to investigate violations of our terms or applicable laws and take action against those responsible.

  • Marketing and User Acquisition: With your consent or as permitted by applicable law, we may use certain data (in particular, Device Data) for marketing attribution and advertising purposes . For example, we or third parties acting on our behalf may use your device’s advertising identifier and interaction data to measure the success of our advertising campaigns (e.g., to determine which ads led you to install our game) and to deliver in-game or in-app advertisements that are more relevant to you. See the Marketing and Advertising section below for more information on how we and our partners use your data for ads and how you can opt in or out of personalized advertising.

We will not use your personal information for purposes that are incompatible with the ones listed above without obtaining your consent or unless required by law.

Marketing and Advertising (Ad Tracking)

Our mobile games may include advertising, and we may work with third-party advertising partners who collect certain device information to serve interest-based ads. We adhere to platform requirements regarding user privacy in advertising. For instance, on Apple devices we follow Apple’s AppTrackingTransparency framework, and on Google/Android devices we honor the Advertising ID settings.

Advertising Identifiers and Opt-Out (Android): Android devices provide an Advertising ID that apps can use for advertising and analytics purposes. You have the ability to opt out of personalized advertising on your Android device. To do so, you can typically follow these steps:

  1. Open your device’s Settings app.

  2. Scroll down and select Google (Google Services settings).

  3. Tap Ads.

  4. Enable the option to “Opt out of Ads Personalization” (this setting may also be phrased as “Opt out of interest-based ads”) .

If at any time you wish to reset your Android Advertising ID and start fresh, you can return to the Ads settings and tap “Reset advertising ID” . This will assign a new anonymous identifier for your device.

Advertising Identifiers and Opt-Out (iOS): On Apple devices running iOS 14 or later, apps are required to ask for your permission to track your activity across other apps and websites. When our apps first launch on iOS, you may see a prompt requesting permission to allow tracking; you can choose “Allow” or “Ask App Not to Track”. If you opt out by selecting not to allow tracking, our app will not access Apple’s Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) for personalized advertising purposes .

You can also manage tracking permissions at any time by adjusting your iOS settings:

  1. Open Settings and go to Privacy & Security (or Privacy on some iOS versions).

  2. Tap Tracking.

  3. You will see a list of apps; you can individually toggle off or on permission for each app to track you. You can also globally prevent apps from even asking for permission by turning off “Allow Apps to Request to Track” .

If you deny tracking permission, you may still see advertisements in our games, but they will be less relevant to your interests (they will not be personalized based on your activity across other apps and websites) .

Third-Party Advertising and Analytics Partners: If you have allowed tracking on your device, our third-party advertising partners (such as ad networks and analytics providers) may collect and process certain information about your device via cookies or similar tracking technologies integrated in our apps . They do this to deliver content and advertisements that are tailored to your interests and to measure the effectiveness of ad campaigns. These partners operate under their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review those policies to understand how they handle your data. For your convenience, here are links to the privacy information of some of the major advertising partners we or our partners may work with:

(This is not an exhaustive list, and the partners we use may change. We will update this Policy if we materially change our advertising partners or practices.)

No Cross-Device Tracking: Although we (and our third-party partners) may collect data across the different devices you use, we do not use this information to consolidate or link your profiles across multiple devices for the purpose of delivering tailored advertising on one device based on data from another device . In other words, we do not engage in practices known as cross-device tracking to build a unified profile of your behavior across your phone, tablet, computer, etc.

Other Legal Bases for Use of Data: In addition to the purposes described above, we may also process your personal information as necessary for certain legitimate or lawful purposes. For example, we may use or disclose personal information to perform a contract with you (such as our Terms of Use), to comply with a legal obligation to which we are subject, to protect your vital interests or those of another person, or as otherwise permitted by applicable law (such as in furtherance of our legitimate business interests) . We may also process your data as necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Sharing Your Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for monetary compensation. However, we do share certain information with third parties for business purposes, as described in this Policy, in order to operate and provide our Products and Services to you . Any third party with whom we share personal information is required to use it only for the specific purpose for which we provide it to them, and to protect it with appropriate security measures. The types of entities with whom we may share information include:

  • Service Providers: We employ trusted third-party companies and individuals to perform services on our behalf or to assist us in delivering our Products and Services to you. These service providers may handle or process personal information for purposes including analytics, data hosting, customer support, marketing, and other operational support functions. For example, we currently use third-party providers for services such as:

    • Analytics: e.g., Google Analytics (website analytics) and other analytics tools to understand usage of our games .

    • Account Management and Data Storage: e.g., Firebase (a platform by Google) for application data storage, user account management, and authentication .

    • User Acquisition and Marketing: e.g., Kochava (a mobile advertising attribution service) to help us understand how users find our games and to optimize our marketing campaigns .

    • Hosting and Content Delivery: e.g., cloud hosting and content delivery networks like Google Cloud or Amazon Web Services to host our website and serve game content to users globally .

These third-party service providers are given access only to the personal information necessary for them to perform their functions, and they are not permitted to use it for other purposes. They are contractually obligated to process personal data only for our specified purposes, to keep it confidential, and to provide a comparable level of security for the data . We also prohibit our service providers from selling the personal information we share with them or using it for their own marketing.

  • Affiliates: We may share your information with our affiliate companies (for example, any parent company, subsidiaries, joint ventures, or other companies under common ownership). If we do so, we will ensure that our affiliates honor this Privacy Policy.

  • Business Transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing due diligence, reorganization, bankruptcy, receivership, sale of company assets, or transition of service to another provider, your personal information may be disclosed or transferred as part of that transaction. We will ensure that any such transfer is subject to appropriate safeguards and continue to protect your information as described by this Policy (unless, and until, it is superseded by a new privacy policy from the successor entity).

  • Legal Compliance and Protection: We may disclose personal information when we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to comply with a legal obligation or request (for example, to respond to a subpoena, court order, or governmental request) . We may also share information if we believe it is necessary to protect our rights or property, to enforce our terms and policies, to investigate or prevent fraud or security issues, or to protect the safety of our players, users, or the public. This may include exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

  • With Your Consent: Where you have provided consent, we may share your information for other purposes not listed above. For example, if you agree to us sharing your information with a partner for their own marketing purposes, we will do so as per the terms of your consent. You have the right to revoke such consent at any time.

International Data Transfers: APS FT LLC is based in the United States, and the personal information that we collect from you will likely be processed in the United States. In addition, some of our third-party service providers are located in other countries (for example, data may be stored on servers in other jurisdictions) . This means your information may be transferred to, or accessed from, countries outside of your home jurisdiction, including countries that may not provide the same level of data protection as your home country. We will take steps to ensure that your personal data receives an adequate level of protection in the jurisdictions where it is processed. For instance, for personal data of users in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, we may rely on lawful measures such as standard contractual clauses or your consent to transfer data to the United States or other countries, as applicable. In all cases, we will handle your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

If you are an EEA or UK user, please note that we will seek to implement appropriate safeguards for cross-border data transfers as required by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Where required, we will obtain your explicit consent for certain transfers of your data. If you choose not to provide such consent, certain features of the Products and Services may not be available to you, as in some cases we need to transfer your data to operate those features .

Security Measures

We are committed to protecting your personal information and have implemented a variety of technical and organizational security measures to guard against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of data. These measures include encryption and secure network protocols where appropriate, and access controls that restrict personal data to employees and contractors on a need-to-know basis . Our personnel are bound by confidentiality obligations, and we regularly review our security practices to protect your information.

We also have procedures to deal with suspected data breaches involving personal information. If we become aware of a security breach, we will notify affected users and the appropriate authorities as required by law . However, please note that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security . You acknowledge that you provide personal information at your own risk. For example, email and messaging features may not be encrypted, and you should take care in what information you choose to share.

Keep in mind that it is also your responsibility to protect the security of your account and devices. Use strong passwords and do not share your login credentials with others. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or compromised passwords or for any activity on your account via unauthorized password activity. Also, if you use an unsecured or public network (for example, public Wi-Fi), understand there are risks inherent in such use. Please refer to our Terms of Use for additional information on your responsibilities in keeping your account secure and limitations of liability regarding security issues .

Data Retention

We will retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, as described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. For example, we may retain your information to comply with legal obligations (such as tax or accounting requirements), to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements . Usage data that is collected for analytics is generally retained for a shorter period, unless we need to retain it longer to ensure the security or improve the functionality of our Products and Services, or we are legally required to retain it for longer.

When personal information is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, and we are not otherwise legally required to retain it, we will delete, aggregate, or anonymize it. We take care when destroying personal data to prevent unauthorized access to the information during deletion or disposal .

Access and Correction of Your Personal Information

You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you and to request corrections of any inaccuracies. If you would like to access, review, or correct personal data that you have provided to us, you may submit a written request to us as described in the Contact Us section below. Please include enough information for us to verify your identity and locate the information you are requesting (we may ask you to provide proof of identity to ensure that we do not disclose data to the wrong person) . We will respond to legitimate requests within the timeframes required by applicable law.

In certain situations, we may not be able to provide access to all the personal information we hold about you, for example if doing so would reveal personal information about another individual, if the information is subject to legal privilege, or if it would result in the disclosure of confidential business information . If we deny your request for access, we will advise you of the reason to the extent required and provide you with information on how you can challenge our decision.

We will correct or update any of your personal information that is inaccurate or incomplete if you request us to do so, as appropriate. You may also request that we delete certain information (see Deletion rights under the California and European sections below for more information). It is your responsibility to provide us with true, correct and complete information, and to update it if it changes. If you believe that any information we hold about you is incorrect, you can contact us to request a correction .

In some cases, we may charge a reasonable fee to provide access to your personal information, for example if the request is manifestly unfounded or excessive. We will inform you in advance of any such fee and the reason for it. In most cases, we will not charge a fee for simply reviewing and correcting personal information. Also note that in certain cases we may not be able to fully comply with your request, such as if it requires a disproportionate effort, but we will always respond to you and, if we cannot fulfill your request, explain why.

Finally, please be aware that we may not be able to modify or delete information in all circumstances. For instance, information that has been backed up may be practically impossible to isolate, and certain records may need to be retained for legal or internal business purposes. We will retain personal data as required by law or our legitimate business needs, even if you have requested its deletion, in accordance with Data Retention above.

Linked Sites

Our Products and Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by DreamSim (“Linked Sites”). For example, our website or game might link to a social media platform or a partner’s site. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of these Linked Sites . This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected by DreamSim through our own Products and Services. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of any third-party websites or services you visit after clicking links from our Products and Services.

Children’s Privacy

Children’s Privacy

Children’s Privacy

We recognize the importance of protecting the privacy of children. Our Products and Services are not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age . If you are under 13, please do not use our games or website or send us any personal information. We encourage parents and legal guardians to supervise their children’s use of games and online services and to help enforce this Privacy Policy by instructing their children never to provide personal information without permission.

If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information from our files as soon as possible. A parent or guardian who discovers that their child has provided us with personal information without consent should contact us at our support email, and we will promptly remove the information .

If you are between the ages of 13 and 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), please use our Products and Services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian. Some jurisdictions may require parental consent for processing of personal data of minors older than 13; if applicable, we will follow those requirements.

Additional Information for California Residents

Additional Information for California Residents

Additional Information for California Residents

If you are a resident of California, you may have certain rights over your personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and other California privacy laws. These rights are subject to certain exceptions and limitations. California law may provide (among others) the following rights for consumers :

  1. Right to Know: You have the right to request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you over the past 12 months, as well as the categories of sources of that information, the business or commercial purpose for collecting (or sharing, if applicable) the information, and the categories of third parties with whom we share personal information. Upon verifiable request, and as required by law, we will provide this information in a portable and readily usable format, delivered either electronically or by mail .

  2. Right to Deletion: You have the right to request that we delete any personal information that we have collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions. Once we receive and confirm a verifiable consumer request, we will delete (and direct our service providers to delete) your personal information from our records, unless an exception applies (for example, if we need to keep certain data to comply with legal obligations, complete a transaction you requested, detect security incidents, etc.) .

  3. Right to Opt-Out of Sale of Personal Information: California law gives you the right to opt out of the “sale” of your personal information. However, as noted above, we do not sell personal information to third parties for monetary value . In the event we ever consider selling personal data, we would provide a Notice of Right to Opt-Out and the ability for you to direct us not to sell your information. (Please note: sharing information for advertising purposes in a way that is considered a “sale” under CCPA will be handled in accordance with the law, and you will be given the opportunity to opt out.) You also have the right to limit the use or disclosure of sensitive personal information, if applicable under California law.

  4. Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights . This means, for example, we will not deny you our services, charge you a different price, or provide a different quality of service just because you exercised your privacy rights. However, please be aware that if the exercise of your rights limits our ability to process personal information (such as a deletion request), we may not be able to provide you with certain services that require that information.

  5. Right to Correct: You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information that we maintain about you . Upon receipt of a verifiable request, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to correct your personal information as directed, taking into account the nature of the information and the purposes of processing.

California residents can exercise these rights by contacting us as described in the Contact Us section below. We may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests, by asking you for additional information (such as confirming details we already have on file). If you have an authorized agent making a request on your behalf, we will take steps to verify the agent’s authority in accordance with CCPA requirements. Please note that these rights are not absolute and are subject to exceptions; for example, we may decline a request if we cannot verify your identity or if we must retain certain information for legal reasons.

We have described the categories of information we collect, our purposes for collecting it, the categories of third parties to whom we disclose information, and whether we share information for “business purposes” in the respective sections of this Privacy Policy above. We encourage you to review the relevant sections of this Policy for details. If you need further explanation regarding your California privacy rights or how to exercise them, you can also contact us at the email or address provided below.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, you are entitled to certain rights and information under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable national laws. For purposes of EU data protection law, APS FT LLC is the “data controller” of your personal information (you can find our contact details at the end of this Policy). We process personal data in accordance with GDPR principles of lawfulness, fairness, and transparency.

Your GDPR Data Subject Rights: Subject to the conditions and exceptions set out in applicable law, you have the following rights with regard to your personal data :

  1. Right of Access: You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, and to obtain supplementary information about how it is processed. This allows you to know and verify the lawfulness of our processing.

  2. Right to Rectification: You have the right to request that we correct any inaccuracies in your personal data or complete any incomplete data that we hold about you .

  3. Right to Erasure: You have the right to request deletion of your personal data in certain circumstances (also known as the “Right to be Forgotten”). For example, you can request erasure if the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, if you have withdrawn consent and no other legal basis for processing applies, or if you believe the data was processed unlawfully . This right is subject to certain exceptions (for instance, we may retain data if needed to comply with a legal obligation or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims).

  4. Right to Restrict Processing: You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data under certain conditions, such as if you contest the accuracy of the data or if the processing is unlawful and you oppose erasure .

  5. Right to Data Portability: You have the right to receive the personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to have that information transmitted to another controller, where technically feasible and when the processing is based on your consent or a contract and carried out by automated means .

  6. Right to Object: You have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of your personal data in some circumstances. For example, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes. You can also object to processing based on our legitimate interests; we will then reconsider such processing unless we have compelling legitimate grounds to continue or it is needed for legal reasons .

  7. Right to Withdraw Consent: Where we are processing your personal data based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time . Your withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

  8. Right to Complain: You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory data protection authority, in particular in the EU Member State (or UK) where you normally reside, where we are based, or where an alleged infringement of data protection law has taken place . We would, however, appreciate the chance to address your concerns before you approach a regulator, so please consider contacting us first.

We respect all of the above rights and will endeavor to fulfill your requests to the extent required by applicable law. Please note that these rights are not absolute – they may be subject to conditions and lawful exceptions. For example, we might not be able to delete your data if we are legally required to keep it, or we may deny an access request if fulfilling it would adversely affect the rights and freedoms of others. We will inform you if such circumstances apply. None of the rights described above are intended to limit any other rights you may have under local law .

To exercise your rights under GDPR, you may contact us using the information in the Contact Us section. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request (for example, by asking you to provide ID or additional information). We will respond to your request within the timeframes required by law (generally within one month, extendable for complex requests). For access and deletion requests, please see the Access and Correction and Data Retention sections of this Policy for further information on how we handle those.
